We are looking for a brilliant hands-on Software Development Team Leader to join our top-notch front-end infrastructure team. As a Team Leader, you will have the autonomy and the authority to lead a Platform team that builds amazing tools in an agile development lifecycle. Your focus will be on building and improving our companys micro front-end using SSR and monorepo infrastructure. Beyond that your team will be in charge of optimizing our development processes and build system.
Our technology stack includes – React, NodeJS, Typescript, Webpack, Nx, AWS, Kafka, Mongo, and Redis.
What am I going to do?
Lead a team of developers through the development lifecycle – architecture, design, development, quality, and production.
Hands-on development of platform tools (~50% of the time).
Work closely with other participants in the team – product, design, and Data.
Grow and coach the team's talent.
Lead and managed our companys design system.

MSc./BSc. in Computer Sciences from a top university.
One who can translate the product needs of the company into high-quality infrastructure.
7+ years of experience in front-end or full-stack development with at least 2 years of leadership.
Proven track record of design and implementation of highly scalable and distributed web applications.
Great 360 collaboration and communication skills.
High standards for code quality, testing, and performance.
