ART MEDICAL is a well-funded medical startup transforming ICU care through advanced technology and innovation. Our smART+™ platform is an intelligent, sensor-based solution that optimizes nutrition delivery while reducing the risks of ventilator-associated pneumonia and malnutrition. Supported by clinical trials, we are setting a new standard in critical care by achieving nearly 100% feeding efficiency and reducing ICU stays by an average of 3.3 days. We are looking for an experienced and proactive Process Engineer to join our dynamic and rapidly growing start-up team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing and supporting our production processes. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
* Leading and executing validation activities, including Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ).
* Developing and maintaining work instructions and routing documentation.
* Handling special work requests and overseeing production rework processes.
* Providing training and support to production operators to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Requirements:
· B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering or Biomedical Engineering or equivalent qualification – Must. · Minimum 2 years of experience as a Process/ Validation Engineer – Must. · Experience with medical device companies – Must. · Team player, independent, and proactive attitude. · Strong hands-on attitude, problem-solving ability, analytical skills, and creativity. · Fluent in English, verbal and written.
