Responsibilities:
* Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle — from discovery and definition to design, development, and deployment — aligned with our product roadmap and strategic vision.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather, define and ensure alignment with business objectives and priorities.
* Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess feature success and guide ongoing improvements based on player behavior and data insights.
* Create and maintain PRDs (Product Requirement Documents) and user stories, design UI/UX wireframes, and manage task prioritization and development tracking.
* Be the go-to expert on the “why” and “what” of each product feature, while collaborating closely with teams on the “how.”
* Work cross-functionally with R&D, Art, Data, Economy, Monetization, and other departments to ensure seamless and efficient execution. #LI-Onsite
