We are seeking a Product Design Lead to spearhead our design department and shape the future of our platform. This is a pivotal role, as you'll be the first to lead our design strategy at our company. You will manage and mentor a team of designers, collaborating across all departments to drive innovation, streamline processes, and deliver outstanding user experiences on both web and mobile platforms.
Responsibilities:

Proven experience in a SaaS or Product companythis is essential.
At least 5 years of experience in product design, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role managing a team of at least 4 designers.
A strong portfolio showcasing your design workrequired.
Experience in designing complex B2C/SaaS systems on both mobile and web platforms.
Expertise in the entire design process, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual & interaction design, and usability testing.
Strong collaboration skills, with a history of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Team player with excellent communication skills, open to feedback, and a collaborative mindset.
Mastery of Figma and proficiency in Adobe CC and other design tools.
Experience with MacOS.
