Responsibilities:
* Define and lead the product roadmap for key areas of the Lighthouse platform, aligning customer needs with business goals
* Drive the development of AI powered capabilities that enhance search, automation, and user experience
* Collaborate with engineering and design to build scalable, reliable, and intuitive products
* Partner with sales, customer success, and support to understand customer challenges and translate them into product solutions
* Conduct user research, customer interviews, and market analysis to identify opportunities and prioritize work
* Write clear, detailed product specifications and user stories that enable teams to deliver with focus and clarity
* Drive cross functional execution from discovery through development, launch, and iteration, ensuring high quality and timely delivery
* Own product success metrics and use data to inform decisions, improvements, and prioritization
Benefits:

* 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS
* Strong technical fluency, able to collaborate closely with engineering, understand APIs, data flows, and system behavior

* Excellent collaboration and communication skills with both technical and non technical stakeholders
