As the VP Product, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our payment security suite of products and driving innovation to new heights. We're seeking a highly independent, Knowledgeable, creative do-er who understands the world of corporate payments, as well as the evolving landscape of fraud prevention, and can translate that knowledge into an exceptional offering for protecting banks and its corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, emerging technologies, opportunities, and potential partnerships..
Develop and execute a product roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic vision and business goals, and sets the right priorities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, customers and partners to define product requirements, features, and functionality.
Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality execution.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies and drive customer acquisition and adoption.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Product Management or Software Architecture role for software development.
Experience working in B2B companies around Payments / Fintech / Fraud / P2P (Procure-to-Pay) related products – a Must.
Excellent organizational skills with a willingness to assume responsibilities to deliver against targets.
Significant experience with software development lifecycle.
Excellent English – verbal and written communication skills with a variety of audiences.
Ability to manage multiple projects and features at one time.
Great planning and time management skills.
Experience with SaaS products.
Understanding of and experience in user-centered design principles and methodologies – a Plus.
