We are looking for a Technical Writer We are a fast-growing startup in the software-as-a-service (SaaS) security industry. We provide innovative solutions for securing all the organization-to-SaaS surface.
Using the newest technologies, we are developing a solution that is assessing and solving a primary problem all enterprises are facing today governing its employees accessibility to all third-party software SaaS vendors (GitHub, SendGrid, Atlassian, and thousands more!), and preventing any leftover/unwanted access to the organization's SaaS assets. The SaaS security field is complex and challenging; therefore, we are looking for super-talented people, who are not afraid of technical challenges and breaking down barriers to reach excellency in building efficient solutions.

We have a solution, we have customers, and now, we really need a tech writer to enable our customers to get knowledgeable about our solution to get the most out of our offering. This means creating top-class documentation for our customers such as user manuals, how to guides, FAQs, installation guides and guided training videos.
What the job entails:
Work closely with engineering, product managers & designers to document new features.
Taking part in building the processes around how the product is documented.
Work with customer success, SE, Product Marketing and architects to create feature documentation, FAQs, guides and other customer facing technical material for our customers.
Be part of the team that is crafting our message offering capabilities.
Collaborate with product and product marketing to message the product value
Own the documentation backlog and prioritization

Requirements:
7+ years experience in technical writing, content creation.
Experience building documentation processes
English native speaker.
Experience working with Confluence and Zendesk.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience in Cyber security, SaaS, identity and access management.
