You will work closely with hiring managers to source, advertise, screen, and evaluate candidates, ensuring alignment with the companys needs and culture. Additionally, you will build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies, headhunters, and other partners to enhance our talent pipeline. Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment from end to end
* Experience in hiring for technical position a significant advantage
* Proficiency in English (will be assessed).
* Strong computer skills, with experience using Microsoft Office applications.
* Familiarity with tools such as Comeet, Canva, and Monday.com is a plus.
* Availability to work at least three days a week from our office in Kibbutz Afikim.
* Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude, with an ability to identify great talent and resolve conflicts independently.
* Willingness to thrive in a high-paced environment that demands both quick thinking and deep work, balancing teamwork with individual objectives.
