Required TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER
As a project manager, you will work closely with the CTO and VP R&Ds to lead cross-company initiatives, playing a key role in ensuring that our business complies with various external regulations and technology standards across the organization.
This position requires strong attention to detail, a deep understanding of tech requirements, and the ability to collaborate with various teams to uphold the highest standards and ensure project execution .
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute project plans to ensure technical alignment and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure execution and achieve common goals across different departments and game studios
Work closely with 3rd party partners and vendors to ensure compliance with their requirements and specifications
Conduct periodic risk assessments and implement appropriate controls to mitigate risks.
Monitoring the organization's data processing activities to ensure ongoing compliance and conducting internal audits to identify potential gaps.
Process Improvement: Identifying and addressing process bottlenecks or inefficiencies to improve productivity and quality . This involves analyzing existing workflows, implementing streamlined processes, and recommending automation or technology enhancements.

Extensive background (5+) in managing technical projects and a strong comprehension of technical details and their implications
Proven experience in engaging and leading teams in a matrix environment and with external stakeholders, even without direct authority
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, in fluent English
Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to facilitate /guide meetings effectively
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is an advantage.
