Job Responsibilities:
– Client Consultation: Work directly with clients to understand their business processes, requirements, and goals for the supply chain software solution.
– System Configuration: Configure and customize the software to align with client requirements, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
– Implementation Planning: Develop and execute detailed implementation plans, including timelines, project customization, project-level specifications, and resource allocation.
– User Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they are proficient in using the new system and can maximize its benefits.
– Testing and Quality Assurance: Perform thorough testing of the configured system to identify and resolve any issues before deployment.
– Ongoing Support and Client Relations: Provide post-implementation assistance to address any issues, and maintain strong client relationships to ensure the system continues to meet their
needs.
– At least 2 years of experience managing complex global software projects.
– Proficiently use SQL for data manipulation.
– Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
– Proven ability to configure and customize software based on client needs.
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Experience in conducting user training and providing ongoing support.
