How you’ll spend your day
Lead the supply chain analysis.
Gather and consolidate forecasting data from pharmaceutical customers.
Execute ETL (Extract, Transform, and Load) processes to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
Maintain and update demand planning data.
Analyze and improve the current forecasting process.
Perform root cause analysis on forecast vs. sales deviations.
Enhance forecast quality through actionable improvements.
Monitor demand trends and fluctuations.
Prepare and maintain KPIs and operational reports.
Report demand planning performance metrics.
Support Demand Planning Review and S&OP meetings.
Collaborate on supply chain analysis and reporting tasks.
Participate in the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) preparation.
Manage and contribute to supply performance improvement initiatives.
Prepare accurate analyses for customer Business Review meetings and S&OP meetings.

Your experience and qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
1-3 years of experience in supply chain analysis or similar role (e.g.: Demand Planning)
Strong Excel skills (Pivot tables, formulas (VLOOKUP)…)
Excellent skills in both written and spoken English.
Strong data management and analytical skills.
Ability to prepare and present clear, concise reports.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with moderate guidance.
Positive, disciplined, and proactive mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
Familiarity with pharmaceutical supply chain processes is an advantage.
