What youll be doing
Design and develop 24/7 high-scale, low-latency distributed systems.
Develop backend components and services using C# and .NET Core.
Lead design efforts: write technical design documents and facilitate design review meetings.
Tackle technical challenges related to performance, fault-tolerance, security, and live production issues.
Work as part of a CI/CD-driven team and take full ownership of the development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and production monitoring.
Requirements:
5 + years of professional experience as a backend developer.
Strong hands-on experience with C# / .NET Core.
Deep understanding of OOP, software design principles, and distributed system architecture.
Proven ability to build fast, reliable, and maintainable backend systems.
Experience with RabbitMQ, Redis, and SQL Server or similar technologies.
Strong ownership mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to code quality.
