You Are A senior Technical writer with love and deep understanding of technology. You are creative and able to create content for both the technical and non-technical audience to connect with.
You Will:
* Support our product teams in the creation and maintenance of top-class fintech product content, technical documentation and Developer tools that help sell us to prospects, and also help customers to integrate our products.
* Work with customers and internal stakeholders to understand their needs, and then convert those needs into clear content and useful tools.
* Create documentation standards, guidelines and templates that can be followed across the organization to ensure a consistent experience for all customers.
* Understand website design, AI, video and other Front-End technologies that help us to deliver exactly the right content at exactly the right time.
* Understand OpenAPI, swagger, Postman and other tools that help developers complete a fintech integration.
* Work with Sales, Customer Success and Support to provide both internal and external content and tools that help these teams to be successful.
* Create diagrams, charts, and other visual aids to assist readers in understanding a product or process.

You Have:
* Native English speaker, but also comfortable conversing in Hebrew – Must.
* Minimum 5 years as a Technical writer in Hi-tech or, even better, fintech – Must.
* Understanding of APIs and proven experience documenting APIs – Must.
* Experience working in with publishing tools such as MadCap Flare, Readme or Archbee.
* Ability to work with UX to create visuals that simplify complex topics or flows; including previous usage of Visio, Miro or other flowcharting tools.
* Comfortable creating short videos that can be used to supplement written content.
* Ability to work with a range of stakeholders to deliver creative solutions to their needs.
* Previous experience researching and developing cutting-edge documentation solutions Bonus if you have.
* Knowledge of financial industry.
* Experience working in Agile environment.
* Experience with Postman or other tools a plus.
