Required Senior Systems Engineer
Accountabilities
Design, develop, and maintain the organizations infrastructure and system architecture, delivering scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions for complex technical challenges
Plan, lead, and execute IT projects end-to-end, including system rollouts, migrations, and infrastructure upgradeswhile taking full ownership of project management and delivery
Evaluate existing technologies, identify gaps or areas for optimization, and define future technology roadmaps aligned with business needs and strategic goals
Collaborate closely with team members to troubleshoot and resolve core infrastructure issues, providing comprehensive and effective solutions
Work cross-functionally with development teams to support infrastructure needs and ensure smooth integration between systems and applications.

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a System Engineer in an enterprise environment
Strong expertise in VMware and virtualization technologies (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, HA/DRS, etc.)
Hands-on experience managing and maintaining Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Office 365 environments
Proven ability to develop automation and infrastructure tools using PowerShell (scripting, modules, automation pipelines)
Experience supporting development teams and working within hybrid or cloud-integrated infrastructures
Strong troubleshooting skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
