In this role, youll help shape and build the foundation of our companys AI-powered management and support experience, transforming how IT and security teams operate and make decisions.
Youll design, build, and scale AI – driven backend services and data pipelines that integrate natural language, network analytics, and security insights into a unified user experience. Responsibilities:
Design and develop end-to-end features for the company AI Assistant from backend logic to service integration.
Build and optimize real-time, scalable microservices that process and enrich large volumes of data across networking and security domains.
Collaborate closely with AI/ML engineers, product managers, and UX designers to define and deliver intelligent, conversational capabilities.
Contribute to the architecture and infrastructure of our companys AI systems, ensuring performance, reliability, and security.
Drive innovation and bring new ideas for AI-based automation and insight generation across the platform.

Strong programming skills in Java with a deep understanding of distributed systems and APIs.
Experience with microservice architectures, message queues, and real-time data processing.
Passion for building data-driven or AI-enhanced applications experience with LLMs, vector databases, or prompt engineering is a plus.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills; a product-oriented mindset with attention to user impact.
7+ years of software development experience, preferably in cloud-native environments.
