Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in TEST engineering roles
Proven expertise in HALT, HASS, Salt Mist, Environmental, and Materials engineering
Strong understanding of TEST lab operations and procedures
Excellent communication skills to liaise with R D, external labs, and cross-functional teams
Experience in building Automatic TEST Equipment (ATE) is a plus
Safety and EMC experience nice to have
Writing reliable plans and familiarity with standards for Outdoor products an advantage
