The successful candidate will manage the full recruitment cycle for various positions across different departments, including technological roles and positions at our manufacturing site. The Recruitment Manager will develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, manage relationships with hiring managers, and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruitment:
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
* Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and partnerships with educational institutions.
* Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Collaboration and Relationship Management:
* Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, create job descriptions, and establish interview panels.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners to enhance the recruitment process.
* Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to VP HR. Candidate Experience:
* Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
* Communicate effectively with candidates regarding their application status and provide feedback as needed.
* Manage the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company. Compliance and Best Practices:
* Ensure recruitment practices comply with employment laws and regulations.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition. Recruitment for Manufacturing Site:
* Develop tailored recruitment strategies to meet the unique staffing needs of our manufacturing site.
* Collaborate with manufacturing managers to identify and fill critical positions in production, quality control, maintenance, and other operational roles.
* Conduct site visits (1-2 times a week) to promote our manufacturing opportunities. Data and Analytics:
* Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
