How youll make an impact:
Proven experience in leading and managing software development teams.
5+ years of programming experience in Java or another object-oriented language.
Strong background in system design, development, and delivery.
Solid understanding of production systems and large-scale infrastructure.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams and drive alignment.
BSc in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Passion for building and scaling complex release engineering systems.

Leverage Gen-AI tools to accelerate development velocity across the R&D organization.
Oversee the delivery of multiple complex projects from design through release, ensuring quality and timeliness.
Maintain and scale a large release engineering infrastructure supporting 930 modules, hundreds of artifacts, and continuous deployments.
