The Customer Failure Analysis (FA) team is seeking a skilled QA Engineer to join our dynamic group. This role focuses on investigating failures and developing tools for SSD products. As a QA Engineer, you will be instrumental in assembling and testing SSD testers, managing inventory, and ensuring the quality of SSD FA tools and web utilities used for failure analysis.
Responsibilities:
SSD Tester Assembly and Management:
Build and assemble SSD testers with precision, adhering to technical specifications and quality standards.
Manage inventory for SSD tester parts, ensuring the availability of necessary components and maintaining accurate records.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
Perform rigorous testing on SSD testers to ensure they meet quality standards before shipment to customers.
Conduct QA tests for web utilities used in SSD testing, ensuring functionality and performance align with requirements.
Execute QA tests for SSD FA tools, verifying their accuracy, reliability, and effectiveness in failure analysis processes.
Collaboration and Reporting:
Collaborate with engineering and development teams to identify and resolve issues related to SSD testers and tools.
Document test results, report defects, and track progress to ensure timely resolution of quality issues.
Provide feedback and recommendations for improvements based on test results and customer feedback.
