We are looking for a passionate and talented Program Manager to join us. Position Summary: As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects and programs with a technical focus. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and marketing, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with company objectives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and skilled at leading both people and processes. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the projects and programs from inception through completion, with a focus on technical delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, detailing resources, budgets, milestones, and schedules.
* Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues to ensure successful project delivery.
* Track program metrics and provide regular updates on the project status, progress, and any potential challenges.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending best practices and implementing lessons learned.

* Strong methodological thinking, and familiarity with program management best practices- Must
* Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with a track record of delivering results
* Strong understanding of technical concepts and the software development lifecycle.
* Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Azure, Jira, Asana) and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
* Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, capable of quickly identifying and resolving project issues, making informed decisions, and adapting plans as necessary
* Ability to navigate and lead through change
* Bachelors degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology) or equivalent experience
