We are looking for a Production Planning and Control Lead to join our NPI Production line in Rosh Ha’Ayin site. In this role you will lead the activity, plan, monitor and control the production line, with our various of products in parallel, solving issues and overcome obstacles to enable a smooth and high-quality production. Responsibilities
* Build production and working plans based on delivery plan.
* Work orders & production processes monitoring and control.
* Manage and transfer new products from design to production (NPI – New Product Introduction).
* Bottleneck prediction and identification.
* Support the production technicians and solving issues in reporting production to the ERP system.
* Lead builds according to the POR BOM or in deviations.
* Material shortage promoting to the assembly line.
* Define builds priorities.
* Jigs and fixture maintenance, monitoring, and control.
* ‘Working Instruction’ updates, monitoring, and control.
* Prepare production planning and control reports.
* Close interaction with many disciplines in the organization such as: Purchasing, Warehouse, Logistics, Quality Control, Configuration and Project Management, Engineering, R&D, and more.

Requirements:
* 4+ years of experience in Production planning and control (Experience of working in Clean Room environment is an advantage).
* B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering or similar degree.
* Deep experience in ERP systems. “Priority” is an advantage.
* English – High level of spoken and written.
* Excel- High level of data analysis and reporting.
* Independent & capable of leading tasks from beginning to closure.
* Team player with good interpersonal relations.
