Key Responsibilities:
Hands on oversight and implementation of production and quality control processes in our assembly facility
Ongoing maintenance of equipment, troubleshooting, improvement and optimization of processes
Implementation of company compliance / operational standards (e.g. ISO 9001, safety procedures)
Day to day management of company inventories (production inventory, engineering inventory, company assets)
Responsibility for chain supply logistics (e.g. export shipments)
Hands on administrative / logistics work
Other ongoing company tasks
The salary range is NIS 13-15,000 depending on the candidate's skills
Requirements:
Relevant academic degree (e.g. industrial engineering / practical engineering graduate (or any relevant technical field)
At least 4 years of relevant work experience
High level of technical understanding; ability to solve problems
Experience with ERP/ MRP systems
Versatility and ability to fulfill a mission from planning to execution independently
Highly organized, attentive to detail and disciplined
Ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment
Excellent command of Hebrew and English.

The candidate will be required to pass a 2-3 hour written exam (can be completed from home) before any face to face interview
