Product Manager Job Description We are looking for a Product Manager / Specialist with military operational experience. In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams including system engineers, software and mechanical engineers, flight TEST managers, integration teams, and coordinate with Programs, Business, and Production units.

Research and define PRDs, UX / UI, customer use-cases, establish and define CONOPS, analyze end-to-end processes, and gather user stories for a holistic product approach.
Work closely with development teams (software and hardware) through all development phases and testing, ensuring full customer adoption and success.
Analyze and define KPIs to measure and demonstrate impact.
Conduct customer observations and interviews to deeply understand customer needs and wants.
Collaborate with UX designers and cross-functional teams including R&D, Flight Experiments, Business Development, and others.
Stay up-to-date with the latest loitering munitions products and market trends.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience or knowledge in VTOL platforms.
Hands-on, creative, and eager for field and operational-like testing.
Solid multi-disciplinary technological understanding.
Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field advantage.
2 years experience in the UAV industry advantage.
