We are looking for a Procurement Ops Manager to join our team. The Procurement Ops Manager will be responsible to improve the end-to-end efficiency and effectiveness of the Procure to Pay processes with the goal of business enablement and growth acceleration. As a Procurement Ops Manager you will apply thorough project management principles in leading cross-functional initiatives aimed at achieving sustainable, scalable, and measurable business results focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence. Accountable to drive change management processes and ensure that all implemented processes are compliant with external regulations (Mainly SOX) and internal policies and procedures. In addition, you will be responsible for developing and managing a comprehensive set of benchmark metrics that convey success metrics for Global Procurement, evaluate performance and drive towards best-in-class performance in alignment with the Procurement mission and vision.
As a Procurement Operations Manager you will:
Accountable for Global Procurements processes, internal and cross-functional such as with Legal, Finance, IS, or Compliance. Includes stakeholders relations and ensuring a cadence of relationship management activities such as quarterly reviews of existing and planned or proposed processes and procedures (new or improvements).
Lead the implementations and set up of all new tools and processes from design, through development and execution.
Ensure all policies and procedures are documented, being followed, and the relevant employees are trained.
Develop and drive transformational P2P processes, oversee milestones and timelines, and proactively secure execution in a timely manner.
Develop and manage a comprehensive set of metrics and reporting capabilities that convey the success metrics of Global Procurement processes.
Responsible for process mapping and root-cause analysis activities that lead to the identification of process wastes, structural inefficiencies, and process improvement opportunities.
Identify and launch new Procurement Programs and initiatives to improve efficiency, and effectiveness and drive results and compliance

3+ years of experience managing projects or programs, and leading process development efforts- Must
Experience with procurement in tech-oriented organizations- Advantage.

Strong collaboration skills, ability to work with senior management, and drive people into action by influencing without authority- Must
Strong analytical skills.
Previous experience working with ERP systems – Must
Experience as System Administrator, Net Suite and ZIP specifically- Advantage
Willingness to work hard, while supporting multiple units and time zones.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English- Must
A desire to learn and grow with the team, and ability to adapt, as our needs and mission evolves- Must!
