We are looking for a Physicist to join our R&D team.
Requirements:
B.Sc./MS
Own the silicon-photonics laser testing platform.
Develop the test platform capabilities and analyze data to enable product development.
Drive characterization of photonics and laser devices over temperature for power, noise, and other attributes.
Design and carry out experiments for mapping device performance.
Desired Skills and Experience
2~5 years of experience working at R&D groups at multidisciplinary and high-tech companies. Preferably, experience working for optical, or semiconductor technological companies.
Good understanding of optics and photonics.
Experienced in preparation and execution of test plans, Data analysis and DOE.
Advantage – Hands-on experience with laser and photonics test at wafer, bar, and chip level.
Programming skills, python an advantage.
Good grasp of Statistical analysis methods and tools.
