Responsibilities:
– Order Processing Flow: Managing end-to-end operations from Sales Order processing, inventory allocation and replenishment, order packing, shipping, shipment tracking, delivery, installation, and invoicing.
– Post-Purchase Operational Support: Managing after-sales care operations like issue resolution, returns, repairs, and replacements.
– Serve as Central Point of Contact for customers and sales, simplifying the order process.
– Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between departments to streamline processes.
– Working closely with the Global Customer Service and Support team to ensure customer satisfaction.
– Use Project Management best practices to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
– Monitor and report execution vs. plans and adjust to meet business objectives.
– Adhere to Quality Management System (ISO9001) requirements and procedures.

* Bachelors degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
* Advantage: A formal education in Project Management. PMI certification or similar is preferred.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in order fulfillment, supply chain, or a related role.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles in English.
* Experience in Hardware/Electro-mechanical products development and manufacturing.
* Strong understanding of customer service logistics.
* Proactivity and resourcefulness.
* Multitasking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Expert in using Priority ERP system, MS Project, and Excel.
* Proficiency in written and verbal English communication.
