Role Overview:
The Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing and executing the end-to-end operational workflow for international customers. This includes handling customer orders, coordinating with overseas suppliers, and ensuring smooth procurement and logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor the full lifecycle of customer orders.
Coordinate daily communication with overseas suppliers and production partners.
Execute purchasing activities, including issuing purchase orders and tracking delivery timelines.
Support international shipping processes; experience in global logistics is an advantage.
Ensure accurate documentation and data management within Priority ERP.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure on-time delivery and high service levels.
Requirements:
Previous experience in operations, procurement, or supply chain roles.
Strong familiarity with international suppliers; experience in global shipping is an advantage.
Fluent English verbal and written.
Proficiency in Priority ERP required.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
