Reporting to the NOC manager, your role will include, but not limited to, monitoring, diagnosing, troubleshooting various production issues, and collaborating with our various team, ensuring business continuity and high service performance are kept.
The NOC Technician is also responsible for escalation and dispatching to other Tiers resources, functions and/or managers.
ABOUT THE TEAM:
The iTero Digital platform IT team is responsible for the delivery of infrastructure services related to iTero Digital cloud platform infrastructure, Pre-production, Staging and R&D environments and business critical applications. The scope of engagement covers deployment and support of various technologies, including Monitoring tools, OS, Virtualization, LAN/WAN Networks, Security, Backups, and Data Center Infrastructure. The team consists IT Ops Technicians, DBVs, Cloud Ops and DevOps professionals
Key Responsibilities
Ensuring iTeros flows are working as planned
Handling production incidents per Aligns processes
Developing and performing simple production handbooks to ensure business continuation
Vulnerability management
liaising with 3rd. party vendors, handling escalations to resolution
Suggest/Develop new monitoring requirements
Handover relevant shift reports
Collaborating with global teams ensuring cross company flow health and incidents handling
Student of information System /CCNA/AWS practitioner/Architect/ MCSE/ RHCE/ computer science, or any other relevant student who feels he is a computer savvy that with Solid technical knowledge of computers and network.

availability to provide 4-5 weekly shifts
Fluent English skills, written and verbal
Ability to work single handed under pressure
