Required IT Administrator
The Role:
Providing first line support by administering our ticketing system, providing
feedback and resolution of issues;
Installing, configuring and maintaining computer hardware, operating systems and applications, mainly on Windows 11 and Mac OS.
Escalating unresolved queries to the next level of support (internal and external interaction);
Documenting policies, procedures and technical guides on our online knowledge management portal;
Basic troubleshooting of network connectivity;
Managing a variety of company applications, mainly Microsoft products, Azure Entra ID, G-Suite etc.
Providing remote assistance and support, over the phone or by using remote tools
Maintaining an updated inventory for IT Assets;
Ability to work on-call for critical issues as required;
Ability to work with remote teams.

Requirements:
2-4 years of experience as Help Desk specialist- Must
Proven experience working with Microsoft Operating systems, Azure Entra ID
and MacOS -Must
Good understanding of Microsoft Active Directory services (Users and Groups,
Domain Controllers) – Must
High attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency, with the ability to prioritize
workload Must
Fluent English speaker – Must
Experience with scripting languages like Powershell will be regarded as an
advantage.
Strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure, service oriented is
highly desirable;
Be self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills.
A positive, high energy team player.
