Responsibilities:
Leading a global team of Multi-disciplinary DevOps engineers
Work with engineers, infrastructure developers and cloud architects to improve the efficiency and reliability of the deployment processes by leveraging automation, collaboration, and continuous improvement practices.
Define and lead the CI/CD processes of the company
manage and provision infrastructure through code, allowing for consistent and repeatable deployments using Terraform
Facilitating communication and collaboration between development and operations teams to ensure smooth and efficient software delivery.
Managing cloud resources and services (Google Cloud) to support scalable and resilient infrastructure

+5 years of experience in global corporations, setting global standards and workflows and working closely with subsidiaries.
You are a people person – you know how to plan, execute and maintain projects from design to production with standards and vision
You know how to build large-scale (petabytes), low-latency distributed systems using modern cloud computing technologies (Extensive knowledge of GCP).
6+ years experience as a DevOps/SRE/Platform engineering manager
Experience working with dockerize and Kubernetes solutions in microservices environments
Significant experience with IaC (Terraform/Cloudformation/Pulumi)
Experience with CI/CD methodologies and best practices (Jenkins/GitHub Actions)
Experience with programming and scripting languages (You are a hands-on Tech leader and you know how to manage engineering teams and drive people to success using Agile methodologies with value-oriented approach
