Responsibilities
Collaborate with colleagues across multiple domains (Product, Monetization, Economy and Operation) on unique challenges at large scale
Design and evaluate experiments to monitor key product metrics to understand better the root causes of changes in metrics and players behavior, optimize game features and monetization strategies
Provide ad-hoc reports and data analysis for various departments.
Draw meaningful conclusions and provide actionable insights from data to shape and influence business growth
Create and present data-driven reports to inform stakeholders on product performance, monetization and game economy stats
MUST HAVE: 3+ years of experience analyzing complex products with massive reach and large data sets
Experience working in the gaming industry
Analytical and business mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
BS degree in math, statistics, or equivalent
Fluency in SQL or other big data querying language
A detail-oriented, organized person with outstanding communication skills at macro and micro levels
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with data visualization and report development (Tableau)
Strong understanding of free-to-play, social gaming, and game monetization
A strong passion for video games and other interactive entertainment
