As a Finance Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that our financial operations run efficiently, accurately, and in full compliance with international standards. Your Mission
You will support all aspects of HYPERSTRONG’s financial activities in Israel — from daily bookkeeping and reporting to audits and compliance. Working closely with the finance and management teams, you’ll help maintain the integrity of our financial data, streamline processes, and contribute to the company’s continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Analysis: Support monthly and quarterly closings, prepare reconciliations, and assist in preparing local financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage invoices, payments, and collections to ensure accurate and timely processing.
Audit & Compliance: Coordinate with internal and external auditors, assist with tax reporting, and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
Operational Finance: Record transactions, process employee reimbursements, manage travel expenses, and address finance-related requests.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth financial procedures and data accuracy.
Ad-Hoc Support: Participate in finance-related projects and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
