The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding in the Storage industry and be able to effectively communicate technical concepts to customers and internal teams.
Responsibilities:
– Provide technical leadership and guidance to customers and Pre-Sales team.
– Participate in technical Deep Dives in strategic customer meetings.
– Collaborate with customers to understand their business requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
– Collaborate with Product management and R&D to drive product enhancements based on customer’s feedback
– Represent VAST Data at industry events and conferences to promote our brand and solution.
– Lead technical presentations and demonstrations for customers and partners.
– 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
– Product, technical marketing or pre-sales engineering experience.
– experience in a technology-focused role with emphasis on the Storage field.
– Experience in customer-facing roles explaining strategic and technical concepts.
– Ability to act as an industry and solution thought leader in both customer and large industry conference settings.
– Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to a wide range of audiences.
– Proven experience in promoting and demonstrating technology products.
– Robust problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and a customer-centric approach.
