* Minimum of 5 years of experience in avionics software development
* Strong programming skills in languages such as C, C++, and Ada
* Expertise in real-time operating systems and embedded software development
* Familiarity with avionics standards such as DO-178C
* Experience with version control systems and software development lifecycle management
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
* Strong communication and teamwork abilities
