The Marketing intern will support our marketing programs aimed at driving qualified leads and sales pipeline across Europe, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific. This internship is an opportunity for hands-on experience in crafting and implementing marketing strategies that drive brand visibility, engage target audiences, and ultimately contribute to the growth of our organization.
Roles/Responsibilities:
Assist with research, planning and execution for our events and webinars.
Support the organization and execution of our annual global user conference.
Create marketing emails for our events, webinars, nurture campaigns, and newsletters.
Identify, manage, and track inventory of marketing giveaways.
Prepare campaigns and lead lists utilizing our tech stack (Salesforce, Marketo, Monday.com).
Submit event updates for positing on our website.
Assist with shipping of marketing materials to events.
Handle marketing invoices, vendor set-up, and purchase orders with the Finance team.
Contribute to other new and exciting marketing projects that come our way!

Must have completed at least 2-3 year of college/university.
Ability to work 20-40 hours per week.
Ability to work on-site at our office 2-3 days per week.
Well organized and detail-oriented.
Data driven mindset desire to grasp marketing metrics.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
Eagerness for continuous learning and professional development.
