Acting as a member of the Senior Leadership of Teva UK, you will contribute to strategy development, and company success.
Managing and leading the Teva UK Strategic Accounts Team, National Sales Management teams (Integrated Healthcare Managers, Pharmacy Business Managers and Secondary Care Key Account Managers) ensuring a customer centric approach, developing KAM processes and capabilities.
Ensuring Pharmacy Business Managers, Integrated Healthcare Managers and Ajovy Key Account Managers are effectively managed, motivated and competent to communicate with target audiences.
Supporting the creation of business plans, priorities, budgets and performance objectives for the UK sales function. Aligning these with Marketing, Sales, Market Access and other key functions.
Driving achievement of business unit goals by leading on negotiation and the implementation of benefit- based programs with key customers.
Representing the customer/accounts in the UK Strategic planning cycle, providing both insight and guidance.
Providing leadership, mentoring and coaching to sales management team and associates; ensure that the commercial organisation is properly resourced, motivated and performing effectively in order to achieve commercial plans.
Fostering professional business relationships with the key industry influencers.
Who We Are Looking For…
Do you have…?
Significant sales experience in a hands-on environment, including at least five years at 2nd line management level.
Substantial experience in the Generics business in the UK.
High level negotiation and presentation skills.
A proven track record of leadership, mentoring and coaching to sales management teams and associates.
