We are seeking a dynamic DevOps team lead to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead a diverse team with multiple topics and technologies, and oversee cloud technologies, software life cycle processes, ensure 24/7/365 production reliability and observability. Collaborating within a DevOps environment, you will work closely with software architects, developers, and Support Engineers to design, implement, and continuously enhance our infrastructure.

Youll do it using:
5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps roles with minimum of 2 years of management experience.
Strong management and leadership skills, with a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams Technology savvy; Proficiency in cloud-native services and cloud networking, preferably on AWS Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and orchestration tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
Deep understanding of containers (e.g., Docker) and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes).
Strong coding skills in Python and/or Bash.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Familiarity with software life cycle processes, CI/CD, monitoring, logging, and automation tools (e.g., Jenkins).
Proficiency in observability tools such as: Prometheus, Grafana, Thanos, Splunk Advantages: Knowledge of platform engineering concepts Familiarity with GitOps and CI/CD best practices.
