Work on projects with cross-functional teams to use AI and automation tools to increase efficiency, accuracy, and operational outcomes. Turn manual work into smart systems.
Find ways to bring AI into core Dealing group processes, assist with decision-making, and improve results.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in data analysis, AI, and automation methods.
Create automated checks, monitoring systems, and alerts to ensure real-time response to new business conditions.
Document all developed models, methods, and automation logic to ensure clarity and maintainability.
At least 3 years of experience working with data, with a focus on using automation and AI.
Very good at using SQL to handle large amounts of data, thinking about how to make data work well with automated tasks.
Great at using Python to write scripts for managing data, making things happen automatically.
Proven track record of creating automation and using AI in real business situations.
A true passion for driving efficiency with smart data, automation, and AI tools.
A self-learner and independent thinker with a 'get it done' attitude. Able to handle pressure and multitask effectively.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
High level of English proficiency, both written and verbal.
