The opportunity
Looking for a versatile candidate for a multifaceted role that demands excellent analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, robust problem-solving abilities, and an unwavering passion for deriving insights from data.
The successful candidate will be given the critical responsibility of developing a comprehensive framework for data analysis. This includes the creation of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports, the design of intuitive dashboards, the maintenance of financial data, and the generation of Management Information System (MIS) reports. These responsibilities span across various IT domains, including but not limited to, IT Service Management (ITSM).
In addition to these duties, the candidate will also be responsible for managing vendor relationships, which includes the creation and evaluation of Request for Proposals (RFPs). This aspect of the role requires a keen understanding of the business needs and the ability to effectively communicate these needs to potential vendors.
How you’ll spend your day
Responsible for developing, establishing, and implementing policies and frameworks for Data analysis.
Responsible to transform raw data into structured information, which will then be analysed to collect insights that drive strategic business decisions.
Collecting data from a range of various available accessible sources and creating diverse data prototypes to showcase data capabilities that aligns with business objectives.
Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns within complex datasets. Purify data and review computer-generated reports and convert the reports to more intuitive easy understandable format.
Develop data dashboards, charts, and visual aids to support decision-making across departments.
Working in collaboration with diverse stakeholders to understand their data needs for analysis and providing tailored solutions that cater to their specific business requirements.
Responsible for managing vendor relationships and assisting various stakeholders in the RFP process, including but not limited to, governance and financial data management.
Engaging and collaborating with various stakeholders to develop a framework for managing the AOP process, which includes maintaining financial data (Capex, Opex) such as quarterly spending, LBE, and AOP planning.
Creating a comprehensive data bank that serves as a foolproof single source for financial maintenance and AOP management.
