The role is part of the R&D Data team, which is responsible for our data classification capabilities, including blending ML, LLMs, and robust analytics to process millions of files and tables per day.
Responsibilities:
Manage, mentor, and support a team of Data Analysts.
Play a central role in our core mission, working closely with Engineering, Research, Sales, and Customer Success to align priorities and deliver meaningful insights.
Create rules and models to broaden our repertoire of sensitive data classes, from knowledge acquisition to writing production code.
Develop and own robust success metrics for classification performance; monitor, evaluate, and iterate.
Analyze vast datasets spanning multiple organizations, cloud environments, and data technologie.
Create processes and tools that will allow non-technical stakeholders to have a clear view of scanning and classification KPIs.
Make the most of our enormous amounts of data to help drive product and R&D decisions.
Work from within the R&D Data group, take part in the discussions revolving around our data science objectives, priorities and solutions.
Bachelors degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics.
5+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis, including at least 2 years in a team management role.
Proficiency working with SQL, and data execution frameworks or tools (Spark, Airflow, Dagster, Snowflake, etc).
Basic understanding of descriptive and inferential statistics.
Basic programming and related skills, e.g. python, git.
Can-do attitude. Problem solving skills, self-starter, proactive mindset.
High attention to detail.
Previous experience in the cybersecurity domain – an advantage.
Experience with cloud environments – an advantage.
Experience implementing automatic processes using LLMs – an advantage.
