We’re looking for an experienced project manager to manage and deliver CRM projects on the Salesforce.com platform.
The job includes both project management skills (such as customer management, timeline and task management, budget management etc.) as well as hands-on technical implementation knowledge on the Salesforce.com platform.
Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements.
Manage and design salesforce projects in various fields such as: Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Customer and Partner Communities, Integrations.
Working closely with stakeholders and end users to identify, document and communicate business processes as they relate to Salesforce.
