help our content team!
In short, the job is to provide a satisfactory solution.
Help the content managers operate the CMS website.
Responsibilities:
Maintaining a professional attitude toward content managers at all times
Responding promptly to the content team inquiries
Communicating with the content managers through various channels
Acknowledging and resolving the content managers complaints
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Requirements:
A second year BSc Computer science/ Information system / Ux students.
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication skills
Technology oriented
Organized and detail oriented
Worked as a service representative – Advantage
English – Working knowledge – Must!
Suitable for students (part time).
