we are looking for a Business Analyst for MES System to join our Applications team.
We are seeking a service-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, and the ability to work effectively across multiple interfaces.
Experience with MES systems is an advantage but not required the key requirement is a strong background in production and planning in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and configure manufacturing-related systems, including MES and ERP, according to company needs.
Collaborate with production, planning, engineering, and quality teams to understand and translate manufacturing processes into digital solutions.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for MES and ERP systems.
Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
Develop and maintain documentation related to system implementation and usage.
Support system integrations between MES, ERP, PLM, and other company platforms.
Ensure data integrity and compliance with quality and security standards
Drive and manage MES related projects from inception to completion.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production and planning processes.

Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a manufacturing company, with strong knowledge of production and planning processes.
BSc in Industrial Engineering & Management or Information Technology.
Experience with MES systems advantage.
Experience with ERP systems advantage (Priority or similar).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a service-oriented mindset.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining independence and initiative.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
