We are currently seeking a Billing / Reimbursement Specialist to join our Finance team and play a key role in managing the reimbursement processes for our North American customers. This person will be responsible for handling weekly, daily, and monthly reimbursements for U.S. customers, and BI -monthly reimbursements for Canadian customers. The role includes maintaining accurate records of customer accounts and outstanding balances by processing adjustments, supporting month-end close and audit tasks, and responding to customer cases and emails regarding payouts. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment. The Billing / Reimbursement Specialist will report directly to the Reimbursement Manager North America. Key Responsibilities:
* Summarize receivables balances, verify totals, and prepare reports.
* Manage the payouts for clients.
* Be the customer's contact person for all their questions/issues with billing and invoices via email, salesforce cases.
* Research and resolve account discrepancies and reply to customer questions.
* Calculate underpayments and apply adjustments.
* Upload files to SAP and ensure reconciliation of customer cards when possible.
* Prepare related monthly close tasks and audit requests.

Requirements:
* 1-2 years of previous experience in a finance department, bank environment
* Advanced Excel skills
* Fluent English
* Strong attention to details, specifically related to numbers
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently but accurately
* Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
* Willing to work on flexible hours: From Monday to Friday Hybrid work, and 2 days per week at night(US hours) Nice to Have:
* Previous experience as a bookkeeper
