We are looking for a top notch ATE Group Manager to join our team.
Key responsibilities:
Leading an R&D group of 10-15 engineers, designing, deploying and upgrading capital equipment used during research, development, and manufacturing processes. The product is software heavy, multidisciplinary highly specialized machinery.
Leading the group activities, through the full life cycle of the products, from concept to validation, integration, deployment and sustained engineering.
Participate in requirements definition, system design, and design reviews with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mechanics, Computer Science or equivalent from a leading university (M.Sc. an advantage).
10+ years of experience in R&D roles, as a hands-on designer/developer (a must) and as team/group leader (a must) in multidisciplinary industries.
Both development and execution focused.
System engineering experience.
Hands-on experience with lab equipment and measurements of physical systems (e.g. HW systems, sensors).
A leader who can build and navigate the team even in rough seas.
Project and budget management background/understanding.
Confident both with cascade and Agile methodologies
MATLAB/Python proficiency is an advantage.
High level of problem-solving skills and debugging of high complexity systems.
Fast learner who can rapidly adapt to new tools, technologies, and workflows.
Experience in a fast-paced, demanding environment with a track record driving teams to achievements and delivery.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
