A leading tech founder focused Geneva based Family Office investing in public and private markets is seeking a candidate to fill the position of Assistant Controller based in Tel-Aviv.
Key Responsibilities:
Engaging regularly with banks and monitoring wire transfers. Processing end executing bank transfers and payments (for capital calls, investments, personal payments etc.)
Track and reconcile financial transactions, ensuring proper documentation and follow-ups
Track and manage the liquidity across banks and clients (deposits, MMFs etc.)
Track portfolio investment allocation, capital commitments, investment returns and other receivables
Track, projection and oversight of distributions, returns and projected cashflows from investments and other significant cashflows
Requirements:
Experience in financial operations within a Family Office, investment firm, or financial institution Mandatory.
BA in Finance or a related field Mandatory.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple processes.
Project management mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
Strong organizational skills and sense of ownership and accountability.
A proactive and adaptable approach to working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Team-player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Advanced level Excel
Fluent in spoken and written Hebrew and English.
