Required Affiliate Manager
DESCRIPTION
Entering the EU market, we’re looking for highly skilled and experienced affiliate manager to establish, lead and manage our affiliate program.
The ideal person for this role is a KPI-driven marketer with exceptional customer-facing skills, capable of developing and executing media plans, creating successful partnerships, and maximizing revenue.
You will:
Recruit/look for new Affiliates/IBs and maintain relationships with current Affiliates/IBs
Maintain/monitor affiliate programs and activities
Communicate with clients to answer questions and resolve issues
Search for Affiliate/Traffic networks and negotiate with them to cooperate with the affiliate program
Negotiate contracts with new affiliates or renew existing agreements with existing partners
Create proposals for new affiliate relationships based on estimated returns on investment (ROI)
Monitor affiliate websites for fraudulent activity or policy violations such as spamming or publishing confidential information
Analyze demographic data and statistics to identify markets and opportunities
Coordinate with the creative team in order to prepare the conversion promo materials for Affiliates for specific GEO
Write marketing briefs to develop assets for campaigns and initiate new campaign ideas/bonus offers for affiliates
Hunt for new partners, finding them online via social media and various channels.

Requirements:
Fluent in English
At least 2 years of experience in an Affiliate Manager role is a must
Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Media Buying or related field is considered a plus
Experience within the Payments / Forex or Fintech industry is seen as an advantage
Deep understanding of affiliate and partner marketing channels
Exceptional planning and project management skills
Knowledge of affiliate networks
Good with numbers, analysis and reports
Good sales skills, data oriented skills and technical skills
Ability to hunt, find and close a deal/optimise a deal/doing retention
Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines with a proactive mind-set
Detail-oriented with an ability to multitask
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills (both oral and written), curious and positive attitude.
