The candidate will be involved in the development and validation of aerodynamic models for aircraft and in performance evaluation. Depending on the development stage, appropriate tools and processes will be utilized. These tools include simplified methods for initial aircraft configuration, computational fluid dynamics (CFD) for early and advanced design stages, wind tunnel test results for advanced design phases, and flight test data from prototype flights.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Aeronautical Engineering Mandatory
5+ years of experience in aircraft development Mandatory
Knowledge and experience in aircraft aerodynamics Mandatory Knowledge and experience in aircraft performance evaluation Mandatory
Knowledge and experience in Computational Aerodynamics (CFD) Significant advantage
Knowledge and experience in aircraft stability and control, and automatic flight control system Significant advantage
