Responsibilities:
-Managed engineering teams of over 30 engineers, including responsibility for workforce, financial, and delivery processes
-Recruit, train, and manage engineers and Team Leaders
-Manage client relations and expectations
-Build and maintain relations with decision-makers and key stakeholders
-Develop new activities, and business opportunities and expand the group’s footprint and responsibility
Requirements:
# At least 3 years of experience as a QA team lead / Officer or QA Manager (Can be military experience) – must
# Understanding QA methodologies, tools, and processes – must
# Experience with Jira – must
# Managing operations consisting of at least 10 employees – must
# Technical background ( QA, Networking, Technician) – must
# Understanding or hands-on experience in QA /Testing and engineering service companies – must
# Excellent client-facing and communication skills, written and verbal communication skills – must
# Excellent English skills – must
# Experience with personnel recruitment and training processes
# Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
# Strong leadership and change management skills
