We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Customer Application Engineer to join our team, supporting the integration of our state-of-the-art automotive imaging radar technology into the next generation of vehicles.

What will your job look like?
Provide on-site technical support to key automotive customers on complex technical issues
Work closely and Collaborate with our R&D team to understand customer needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Collaborate with customers throughout the development cycle, from initial concept and feasibility studies to product integration and deployment.
Perform radar demonstrations to customers and escort customers in radar integrations
Create technical collaterals: application notes, user guide, product documentation
Create variant solutions for customer issues, take proactive actions to ensure customer high satisfaction
Report customer feedback and requests back to support manager, product group, and R&D
All you need is:
BSc in Electrical Engineering / Computer Engineering or similar
2+ years of experience as an Application or Field Engineer, preforming sensors integrations with customers
Experience with integration with Tier1 Automotive industry manufactures
Wide system integration view including integrations of different car sensors (fusion)
High analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiar with different operating systems (Linux, Windows)
Familiar with networking protocols (TCP/IP) and ability to debug network issues
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, excellent English verbal & writing skills
Strong sense of accountability and quality
Familiar with RF products, especially cars radars
Programming: MATLAB, Python – advantage
